The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. We've put in hard wood floors and tile and refaced the beautiful double sided fireplace which is heaven in the colder months..

We've made this house a home. We are downsizing and moving south to be closer to family.

This is the most beautiful home we have ever owned and will be very sorry to leave here.

The amenities are outstanding and the residents are very friendly as well as great neighbors.

This is the best value anywhere in Saint johns County and great for families.

The school district is one of the best in the state if not the country

There are many great places here to dine from Julington Creek Fishcamp to Clarkes Fishcamp to Chili's and Don Juans.For italian you have Renna Pizza and for gourmet italian you have Santiones.

For Chinese you have Osaka Chinese/Japanese buffet & China One for takeout.

For BBQ you have Sonny's where the food is great and the staff are wonderful.

You will never go hungry here :-)

The setting is laid back and you feel like you're out in the country.

Julington Creek Plantation was built in cooperation with nature.

We've seen both baby and adult deer with frequncy here.

Also a very varied assortment of colorful birds such as Cardinals, Bluejays and red crested wood peckers. not to mention lots of squirrels.

If you love the country setting and interacting with nature this is the ideal place to be.

Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, skatepark  plus many other activities available at the clubhouses.

The new clubhouse has a gym that rivals any I've seen. Its a great place to work out and meet new people.

Kids have a waterpark and main pool with a giant slide. The clubhouse also has an Olympic size pool for doing laps.

This house has brand new hardy board siding which is guaranteed for 20 years.

Also had a brand new roof installed 2 years ago and just recently rebuilt the chimney.
