Myth #1: Mortgage Meltdown!! This is simply not true. There are great programs out there that have great interest rates. You just need to document your income and assets, which would include W-2’s, paystubs, bank statement and tax returns.

Myth #2: “I’ve been at this Institution forever so it will be easier”. This also isn’t true because NO ONE gets special treatment no matter where you go, you will need to bring all the documents listed above.
