I’m the Queen on the hill. I have stood tall for over 123 years & plan on standing tall with my new owners for many more years. I have had a lot of upgrades over the last few years including my new spectacular kitchen, bathrooms & roof. They also gave me new electical, pluming & heating with A/C; it’s been so nice to stay cool in the summer months. I have upgrades but I have kept my original charm, I still have my grand staircase, my beautiful trim, sliding dining room doors & so much more. I have a detached garage and carport but my newest add-on is the 50x80 showcase shop. I am surrounded with a beautiful fenced 2.34 acres, friut trees & patios to sit & enjoy.
