General contracting company, specializing in corporate facility maintenance. 14-year relationship w/Walmart & Lowes through a service contractor. Recently, Rite Aid & Whole Foods were added to the roster. Corporate contract work includes everything from small repairs to large remodels. Outside jobs include fencing repairs & replacement, parking lot patching & resurfacing, bollard repair & replacement & signage replacement. Work is steady & consistent through-out the year. Most work is suitable for 2 people. Larger jobs may require 6-7 people. Also included is referral to regular residential customers for basic home repair& remodels. Training procedures & billing processes & on-site visits for 2-3 months.
