This tract features mixed hardwoods and pine covering rolling hills. It is surrounded by large timber tracts and farms and is very close to the Coosawattee River. Deer and turkey are abundant and the occasional bear can be spotted as well. Approx. 1 hour from I-285. A great tract for hunting and recreation.
