There are 12 lots with homes sold (an additional lot was purchased by a homeowner, totaling 13 lots sold). New homes are being added to the 2 vacant lots remaining. One home has already been added and is in its final stage for completion! My seller will be adding a home to the last lot immediately after it's completed. Your investor will be able to make more money by leasing or selling it. The development has newly added water meters for your buyer to collect additional money per month as well as a monthly POA/HOA. We already have prospects in line to purchase or rent the new homes so, your investor will not have to seek for occupants. All Expenses are billed to the residents. There are no out of pocket expenses for my client.
