Transaction Closing Coordinator

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• coordinate process of contract to close or listing to contract
• communication and negotiation with clients, agents, title company, contractors, appraiser, lender
• schedule inspections, repairs with vendors or contractors, etc
• adhering to contract/agreement deadlines
• follow-up with all related parties to a closing or listing
• preparation for closing

Education and Experience

• proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite
• real estate, mortgage or title experience preferred, not required
• knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
