Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Recruit and train new sales team members

  • Always be in tune to the industry and helping us look for any advantage that would set us apart from our competition.
  • Attend seminars and other events as requested.

Education and Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience as a sales manager or team lead.
  • Expertise in scripts and dialogue training. Call center management and training experience a plus.
  • Real estate, mortgage or title experience preferred, not required.
  • Knowledge of sales conversion & life-cycle.

Compensation - Base on Growth & Profit

  • Year 1: $150,000
  • Year 2: $250,000
  • Year 3: $500,000
  • Year 4: $650,000
  • Year 5: $825,000
